It is nestled conveniently in the heart of Barranco district; Lima's arts district once home of the Peruvian sculptor Victor Delfin. The guesthouse offers five bedrooms with private baths and hot water shower, the house is completely decorated with imaginative and creative work, gardens, terraces and great ocean view. Prices depend on what rooms offer and how they are equipped with, there is a room offering a garden view, the other room offers nice ocean view (which is also the largest room between the 5 of them), there is one offering an ocean view and has a shared terrace (view from shared terrace only), and the suite does not have any view, although it offers two large beds. Rooms are equipped with one or two queen size bed, private bathroom and tub, cable TV, access to internet and telephone, electric heater.
