Absolutely fantastic! From communication before the trip, meeting to go over details of the trip, the trek itself and even the return home, every detail was seen to. More than just focusing on the Inca trail trek, we were eagerly provided information about other areas to see and visit - recommendations of museums, ruins, restaurants, etc. Our guide for the Inca trail possessed an incredible amount of knowledge about the ancient civilization and culture and readily shared her fascination and love of that time period with us. Absolutely Amazing !!

Everything was organized as we requested, all question answered and arrangements made. We have travelled extensively with and without tour guides and travel agents and this is easily the best that we have had. We will strongly suggest that enyone we know visit Peru and only use Pacha Tours to do it.

In any other country, Gary would have been a professor.  His abundant knowledge, curiosity, and easy way of sharing Andean culture so enhanced our trip on the Inca Trail.

There was 10 of us on a week long trip to Peru.  We had a few guides (from a different outfit) but Gary left the biggest impression, translating between English, Spanish, and Quechua to answer our questions about history, customs, flora and fauna, as well as the everyday lives of these wonderful people.  It is nice to see that Gary runs his own outfit now.  I only dream of making it back to Peru one day.  There is lots to see!

The guide service was outstanding. Señor Sánchez was very profesional, courtious, and knowledgetable. I feel that i know more about Peruvian history than that of the United States.
