The Eco-Lodge Suasi is one of the few Eco-friendly lodges that exist in Peru and it is located on a private island on Titicaca Lake. Surrounded by lake views, this unique Eco-lodge runs entirely by solar energy. The hotel has been designed and built with native materials, finding harmony with all the nature in the region and surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens. There is a restaurant in the light of candles and well appointed rooms, all have large windows with beautiful views of the bay and the vastness of Lake and skylights for stargazing. It has 23 rooms with fireplaces, duvets and hot water bottles to warm beds, most rooms provide skylights. The Suasi Lodge also has an Andean Cottage Suite and Villa with two bedrooms in a small private beach overlooking the lake.
